On Sunday 12^th November the Dester Singapore Gold Cup was won by Gilt Complex.

The race, famously part of the Singapore Triple Crown Series, is the last of its kind, as the distance will next year be shorted to 2000 metres from 2200 metres.

The Singapore Turf Club starts all races from Steriline Racing gates, with a customised option of starting gate padding matched to their corporate colour purple. This is a unique option for Steriline gates, with the Moonee Valley Racing Club also recently taking up this option in their major sponsor's colour.
