Our Guarantee
Steriline Racing Pty Ltd is a Quality Assured company to Audit Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000, certified on 6 May 1997 and accredited by JAS-ANZ (Accreditation by the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand).
Steriline Racing guarantees purchasers that starting gates manufactured and sold by the company:
- Are of merchantable quality;
- Are fit for the purpose for which they are sold;
- Are, and will be for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase, free from mechanical failure provided they are used in the ordinary course of, and in a way consistent with the purpose for which they were sold;
- Carry with them for purchasers the benefit of guarantees held by Steriline Racing in respect of raw materials and fittings from the suppliers of those raw materials and fittings, including that the raw materials and fittings are (a) of merchantable quality; and (b) fit for the purpose for which they are purchased;
- Comply with Audit Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000;
- Where appropriate comply with CE certification.
The client must report to Steriline Racing in writing within three months of delivery any component of the starting gate that suffers from faulty work or faulty materials. Subject to receiving that written notice within the time prescribed, and on verification of that faulty work or faulty material but not otherwise, Steriline Racing will replace the item or component at no cost to the client.
The client must report to Steriline Racing in writing within seven days of delivery any item or component of the starting gate which has been damaged prior to or in the course of delivery. Subject to receiving that written notice within the time prescribed, and on verification of the damage but not otherwise, Steriline Racing will replace the item or component at no cost to the client.
No warranty claim will be considered without written notice from the client and adequate support documentation.
